If you bring home a tub, keep it in the freezer at -18°C or lower for storage. For best taste and texture, let it sit out for a few minutes before scooping. Gelato is best served about -12 to -14°C.

Generally there is no eggs in the gelato except French Vanilla, as oui, it’s custard based
